[Hotel Happenings]   Mikasa and I recently headed over to Prego at The Westin Kuala Lumpur for the introduction of their new Italian Chef de Cuisine – Chef Ricky Parlanti. Italian cuisine is one of my favourites as I find something really comforting about a nice warm plate of delicious pasta.
