[Dining]   We headed over to 2nd Floor Kitchen & Bar in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail recently to try out this new European cuisine establishment. 2nd Floor Kitchen & Bar is under the same group of restaurants/ bars which includes Private Room (which is adjoining the restaurant) and Pawn Room (which is one floor above).
