[MIGF Special Feature]   Kathy and I headed over to Samplings on the Fourteenth at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel to try their Malaysia International Gastronomy Festival (MIGF) 2016 menu. This was actually the second time that I reviewed the MIGF menu at Samplings on the Fourteenth, the first being back in 2014. Malaysia International Gastronomy Festival 2016 – Festival Menu at 2OX, Kuala Lumpur

[MIGF Special Feature]   Janet and I headed over to 2OX one fine evening for a preview of their upcoming MIGF menu. 2OX is pronounced as “two ox” in reference to two (2) oxen which are also referred to as bullocks in certain countries (hence the name bullock carts). My partner in crime and I have very fond memories of The Restaurant at The Club Saujana Resort as we had our very first Malaysia International Gourmet Festival dinner there back in 2013. Oktoberfest Beer Tapping Ceremony at Brotzeit Mid Valley Megamall

[Event]   Elaine and I headed over to Brotzeit German Bier Bar & Restaurant in Mid Valley on Saturday, 17 September 2016, for the beer tapping ceremony at 7.30pm (Malaysian time) which is roughly about the same time that the first Oktoberfest barrel is tapped in Germany by the Mayor of  Munich.
