Chapel Hill Wine Pairing Dinner

[Wine Dinner]    Evonne and I recently headed over to Monte’s restaurant in Bangsar Shopping Centre, Kuala Lumpur for the Chapel Hill wine pairing dinner organised by CSS Wines & Spirits. The Chapel Hill Winery in McLaren Vale was built on the site of the Seaview Chapel and school house. In 1840, Don Felipe de la Mata, 8th Marquis of Vargas, decided to plant the first grapevines at the Hacienda Pradolagar.
