[Culinary Arts] Conne and I got to experience the “Sweet Breads for Christmas” Baking Workshop (the December 2019 workshop) which was conducted by Chef Thierry Lerallu who is the Boulangerie & Pastry Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia.
